This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a health guarantee of 3 business days, from the day the puppy is picked up, to have it examined by a licensed veterinarian for this contract to be in effect. If the veterinarian finds any serious illness with the puppy, the Buyer's money will be refunded in full upon return of the puppy in that 3 business day period of time. This does not include whip, round and or any other type of worms. This also does not include~coccidia, giardia and or campy. These are bacterial viruses that can be picked up anywhere. A copy of the licensed veterinarian's diagnosis must be sent to us along with his/her signature, license number, phone number and address. If the buyer chooses not to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian they accept the puppy "As Is" at the time of sale.
The puppy is guaranteed for 1 (one) year to be free of life threatening genetic and/or birth defects that may interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life. Conditions are listed and limited to Heart, Kidney and Liver only. In the event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a genetic and/or birth defect, the Seller shall have the option to have the puppy examined by a veteranarian of their choosing. If it is determined that a genetic and/or birth defect exists, the Seller will exchange the puppy with another puppy of the same sex and equal value, from one of our litters, when available, but there will be no cash refunded. Verterinarian confirmation is required as stated above. OR the buyer may keep the puppy and assume all responsiblities and expenses incurred.
The Seller requires a Necropsy (animal autopsy) for verification of cause of death if a death within the guaranteed period should occur. (Venterinarian confirmation is required as stated above.)
The Seller guarantees this puppy to be in good health at the time of purchase, and has had his/her first set of vaccinations and has been on a deworming schedule. This agreement does not cover internal or external parasites.
It is further understood that the Seller does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona Virus or Heart Worm. It is the Buyer's responsibility to administer Heart Worm Medication to the puppy at the appropriate age, according to a veterinarian's instructions.
The Seller cannot guarantee adult size, house breaking or trainability.
The Sell assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving our premises regarding medical expenses or otherwise incurred by the Buyer or on behalf of this canine.
The Seller will not accept injuries that have occurred after leaving our premises as any excuse for a refund.
This guarantee is offered to the original Buyer from the Breeder, and not transferable nor honored to any other party.
If at any time in the puppy/dog's lifetime the Buyer cannot or is not willing to jkeep the puppy/dog, Deb Raby is to be notified before placement of said dog. This puppy/dog is NOT to be surrendered to a shelter or sold to a pet shop or puppy mill. This puppy/dog may be returned to the Breeder at anytime, no questions asked: no refund will be given.
It is your, the Buyer's resonsibility to see that said puppy/dpg continues to get it's scheduled vaccinations and health care. It is also your responsiblity to feed and water said puppy'dog regularly, provided with safe, warm living conditions and in general, to see it is taken care of.
The Breeder/Seller makes no warranties or guarentees, expressed or implied, other than those written in this agreement including, without limitation, the warranties for merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder/Seller and the Buyer with legal respect to this sale. In the event of litigation of any kind, Venue and Juristiction shall lie exclusively in the Breeders/Sellers court and state. Any and all legal fees arising from said litigation shall be paid in full by the Buyer.
