The dachshunds listed on this page are looking for new pet homes. They are healthy happy, well socialized dogs. All of them are up-to-date on their shots. I have a limited amount of space in my home, so from time to time I have to find new homes for my retired dogs. Each one has been a pet in our home and has been loved and spoiled. None of my dogs have been in a kennel, they all live in our house as part of our family. If you are looking for a doxie that is past the puppy stage one of these dogs may be right for you.

Clifford (Cliffy)  $100

Meet Clifford or "Cliffy" as we call him. He is 4 years old, born January 1 ,2006. Cliffy has been neutered, is up to date on his shots and flea/heart worm prevention.

Cliffy is a lovey fellow who LOVES to play fetch. He will fetch a ball or bone, he doesn't care what. You will get tired of playing before he does. He is crate trained and house broken. He will lay beside you if he is allowed on the furniture. Cliffy is very protective of his surroundings and will bark at people. Once he is around new people for a little while he is fine. If they play ball with him, he will take to them right away.

Cliffy is use to being in a big fenced in yard. He has never been in a kennel or tied outside. He is strictly a house dog. Cliffy will do best in a home with older children and/or adults who can give him lots of attention. He hasn't been around baby's, toddlers, or young children. Cliffy may adjust to them but I can't say for sure how he would react. He has been around other dogs his entire life so he should adjust well to other dogs if you have any.
